Jouw lichaam is BIJZONDER!

  • Voed je lichaam met pure voeding met een hoge trilling;
  • Heb positieve gedachten met een hoge trilling over jezelf en je lichaam, waardeer alles van jezelf;
  • Verwonder jezelf over hoe bijzonder en uniek je lichaam is;
  • Rust!!

– THE ENGLISH VERSION OF THIS BLOG –

Your Body is AMAZING!
Some people subconsciously carry a belief that their body’s are like cars or something… like they just have this wear and tear, and you just kind of fall apart as you get older.

Remember your body has amazing self-healing and self-regenerating abilities.
Trust in that!

You are not just living a body which has to last you your life time, but your body is making NEW CELLS EVERY DAY!
Everyday.
New… cells!
New.
(Sinking in yet? Haha!)

So ask yourself, what do you need to do to support this natural process?

Here are a few ideas:

  • Feed your body with clean high vibration foods;
  • Think high vibe thoughts about yourself and your body, appreciate every part of you;
  • Be in awe about how amazing and unique your body is;
  • Rest…!!! As your body heals and regenerates and gets the chance to rebuild itself in your hours of rest… and that takes some “balance” practice.
What else?
Love, love and love!
